Two bills before Congress, known as the Protect IP Act (PIPA) in the Senate and the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) in the House, would censor the Web and impose harmful regulations on American business. Millions of Internet users and entrepreneurs already oppose SOPA and PIPA.

Now to make things worse, the internet is starting to compete head to head with the same Cable companies’ own TV offering. So the local monopoly is in charge of providing us with it’s own, only competition. Can you say conflict of interest? ”I knew that you could.

Blind camera takes somebody else’s photos
What a bizzar but very cool art project. Part of the Blinks and Buttons project by Sascha Pohflepp the Blind Camera has no optics at all, just an LCD display and a big red button.
Press the button and the “camera” records the time and then searches the internet for a photo with the same time stamp and displays that image on the LCD screen.
Useless but undeniably intriguing.
