Cunningham’s boss at the Department of Labor expects the $115,000-a-year work force training manager to manage no one.
~State worker: I get paid $2,200 for 5 minutes work
Hmm let me get this straight, in a State where the economy is so bad the unemployment rate is well over 10% (yeah I know it depends on how you want to spint he facts, blah blah shut up) we are paying some one $2200 a week to call into the office twice a day…
New York State you are so corrupt, so backwards and so full of needless beuracracy I doubt it’s possible to fix you. I say we give up and let Ohio take over….

More fees for it’s citizens, and the State can’t figure out why the population here is dropping by the minute….
