Shot with my Motorola Droid Camera Phone, using the Camera360 App. I finally paid for it, its just such a fun app. It’s a bit buggy, hogs memory and crashes every now and again, but…. I have yet to see camera phone pics of this quality on an android device. This is using one of the the simulated HDR settings, with just a bit of tweaking/crop in iPhoto.

An interesting discussion of creative commons and how it applies (or doesn’t to photography). Well worth a read.
That all being said, I still license some of my work CC NC, but not all. I guess I am sort of walking the line between the “creative commons cool kids” and the “stodgy money grubbing old school.” ;-)
(I kid I kid please don’t take offense all you “money grubbers”)
